The service was terrible. They lost our reservation and did not seem to care that we were stuck waiting for over an hour.

The lack of basic amenities such as soap and towels in the bathroom was a disappointment, as was the failure of staff to refill complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Housekeeping could use some improvement as the carpet was not vacuumed and there were crumbs and dust.
